Product Description
Product Principle:
Weighing filling machine uses the high accuracy of electronic weighing to connect the electronic weighing signal sensor with the weighing control instrument by data line. In the process of measurement, the pressure signal of electronic weighing instrument is continuously transmitted to the control instrument, which controls the instrument to stop the pump and close the pneumatic valve when the preset quantitative weight is reached. The weighing filling machine uses pipeline to connect with tank body, self-pressure filling and accurate weighing by the high-precision weighing system of the equipment itself.
Product characteristics:
1. It has the function of automatic peeling, automatic weight detection and automatic submersible filling.
2. Arbitrarily set the required filling weight within the design range.
3. Deceleration system is adopted at the end of filling process, which can automatically decelerate when approaching the quantitative value to prevent overflow and ensure accuracy.
4. Use anti-drip filling nozzle and anti-drip feeding tray to prevent material drip.
5. The use of double or three rows of conveyor belts and push-rod barrel feeding greatly saves the space of the site.
