Flow meter filling is a computer-based automatic tracking of oil temperature and density changes to adjust the amount of oil transported at any time, so that the quality of oil transported decreases with the change of temperature and density, resulting in errors, and the measurement accuracy is high. Both constant volume filling and fixed quality filling are adopted.
