Ring hammer crusher is mainly composed of body, top cover, rotor equipped with ring hammer, sieve plate, sieve plate adjusting device, etc. The motor drives the rotor directly through elastic coupling in the workroom. The rotor is composed of main shaft, end plate, ring hammer and other parts. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed so as to break the material. The machine body is composed of upper and lower chassis, crushing plate, sieve plate and other components. The crushing plate and sieve plate are installed on the bracket plate. The lining plate is installed on the inner walls of both sides of the chassis to prevent the chassis from being worn out. The crushing chamber is composed of crushing plate, sieve plate, counterattack plate and rotor. Worms, turbines, pointers and other components of the adjustment device, mainly adjust the gap between the actual rotor and sieve plate.
