Product Principle:
The weighing filling machine uses the high accuracy of electronic weighing to connect the electronic weighing signal sensor with the weighing control instrument by a data line. During the measurement process, the pressure signal of the electronic weighing instrument is continuously transmitted to the control instrument, which controls the instrument to stop the pump and close the pneumatic valve when the pre-set quantitative weight is reached. The weighing filling machine is connected with the tank body by pipeline and self-pressure filling, and is accurately weighed by the high-precision weighing system of the equipment itself. It can fill food, medicine, daily chemical edible oil, salad butter, butter, paint, lubricating oil, machine oil, pesticides, liquid fertilizer, foliar fertilizer, flushing fertilizer, diluent and other materials.
